Billing through iTunes

Subscribe, update your billing method or cancel Calm Radio with a supported Apple TV or iOS mobile device through your existing iTunes account.

Subscribing to Calm Radio Concerts via Apple

To subscribe to Calm Radio from your iOS device:

  • From your iOS device (iPhone/iPad/Apple TV), go to the App Store and download Calm Radio.
  • Once downloaded, open the Calm Radio app.
  • From the Calm Radio app, tap Register For Free if you don't already have an account, or Sign In if you do.
  • On the following screen, tap the Subscribe button at the bottom.
  • Select your desired membership plan. Note: You may be prompted for your iTunes password in order to complete the subscription process.


Updating your payment method

To update your billing information with iTunes, follow the steps below:

If you are using iOS 10.3 or later:

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Payment & Shipping. You may need to enter your Apple ID password.
  4. Select your current payment method.
  5. Enter your new billing information.
  6. Tap Save.

If you are using iOS 10.2 or earlier:

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap iTunes & App Store.
  3. Tap your Apple ID.
  4. Tap View Apple ID. You may need to sign in.
  5. Tap Payment Information.
  6. Enter your new billing information.
  7. Tap Done

 

Canceling your Calm Radio subscription

If you’re billed for Calm Radio through Apple, you can cancel your Calm Radio subscription through iTunes using a computer or iOS device by clicking here.

Please note:

We do not have access to manage subscriptions created through the iTunes billing portal.
