Can't connect to Calm Radio through Sonos? We've got you covered. Try these troubleshooting steps:
Try removing Calm Radio from your services on Sonos and reinstalling it:
Uninstall:
Mobile and tablet
- Open the Sonos app.
- Tap More, then select Settings.
- Tap My Services, then select Calm Radio.
- Tap Remove Account.
Desktop
- Open the Sonos app.
- Click Manage, then Service Settings.
- Select Calm Radio and click the minus (-) button.
Reinstall:
iOS or Android
- Install the Sonos app from the App Store or Google Play store
- From your mobile device, open the Sonos app
- Select the Settings menu and choose Services
- At the bottom of this menu, select Add a Service
- Select Calm Radio
- Enter your Calm Radio login when prompted
- The Calm Radio music service will now appear under the Browse menu
Mac or PC
- Install the Sonos app by visiting Sonos Support
- From your computer, open the Sonos app
- In the Select a Music Source menu, choose Add Music Services
- Select Calm Radio
- Enter your Calm Radio login when prompted
- The Calm Radio music service will now appear under the Select a Music Source menu
