Troubleshooting on Sonos

 

Can't connect to Calm Radio through Sonos? We've got you covered. Try these troubleshooting steps:

 

Try removing Calm Radio from your services on Sonos and reinstalling it:

 
Uninstall:
Mobile and tablet
  1. Open the Sonos app.
  2. Tap More, then select Settings.  
  3. Tap My Services, then select Calm Radio.
  4. Tap Remove Account.
 
Desktop
  1. Open the Sonos app.
  2. Click Manage, then Service Settings.
  3. Select Calm Radio and click the minus (-) button.

Reinstall:

iOS or Android

  1. Install the Sonos app from the App Store or Google Play store
  2. From your mobile device, open the Sonos app
  3. Select the Settings menu and choose Services
  4. At the bottom of this menu, select Add a Service
  5. Select Calm Radio
  6. Enter your Calm Radio login when prompted
  7. The Calm Radio music service will now appear under the Browse menu

Mac or PC

  1. Install the Sonos app by visiting Sonos Support
  2. From your computer, open the Sonos app
  3. In the Select a Music Source menu, choose Add Music Services
  4. Select Calm Radio
  5. Enter your Calm Radio login when prompted
  6. The Calm Radio music service will now appear under the Select a Music Source menu
